The Curse of Plenty

Yikes – there is so much going on!  Work is getting busier, as more and more people are becoming Super Body Care customers, and then there are <cue dramatic music> the Holidays.  I love my friends and family, but if I see another Christmas cookie, I think I’ll scream!!

Phew.  That felt good to get out!

Every once in a while – usually on Mondays – I have to remember to balance myself with my activities.  They’re not two different things – after all, my self is the one doing all these things!  I try to take time every day – especially during the Holiday Season – to chill out.  Stretch.  Breathe.  Walk in the park (or maybe take an hour-long hike on Sundays).  I’m usually very good at keeping this routine – because I can see and feel the benefits – but for some reason I panic on Monday mornings.

Time to put some Super Body Care Body Lotion on my hands and inhale that healing scent of Peppermint, Rosemary and Lavender.  Calm will return momentarily…
