Healthy Holiday Traveling
Thursday, December 1, 2011 · 2 Comments
I’m about to catch a flight to the other coast. Always exciting, and a little unnerving, too, especially at this time of year. I sense every cough and sneeze, and feel the dryness of the pressurized cabin begin to crack my skin, giving those cough and cold germs easy access. I always pack by Super Body Care Travel Kit in my carry-on luggage when I fly. I use the Shower Gel to wash my hands, apply the Body Lotion often, soothing my hands and arms whenever I feel dry, and keep that lip balm on my tray – I use nearly a quarter tube on the longer flights.
And, knock wood, I always disembark as healthy as when I boarded! I’m sure today will be no different.
Where will you be going this holiday season?
Super Body Care – the Green Alternative made in the USA

The Super Body Care traveler kit is similar to that given to first class customers by international airlines, only much better quality. A very good think to have on long flights (five hours or more). Good Christmas gift for a frequent business traveler.

LikeI definitely do what you do, Cheri, and I add water - lots and lots of water - to it. I carry two empty water bottles thru security and fill them from the water fountain at the gate. Wish I could say I don't drink any alcohol, which is so dehydrating, but as I am pretty much scared to death of flying, I might hit the hooch just a lil bit. But, then I just drink more water!
